I believe that trust and authenticity are essential parts of a successful therapeutic relationship.
I believe that everyone can benefit from support when it comes to healing, adjustment, and change. I feel grateful to be part of someone’s journey.
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist and Substance Use Counselor. I offer dual diagnosis assessment and treatment, as well as individual and family therapy. I find that I do my best work with adolescents and adults.
I have the opportunity to work with individuals from many different walks of life, and I believe we all need trusted support in our lives. I feel grateful to witness others face their challenges and struggles. My faith has given me a deeper understanding of how to be there for people. One of the strengths I bring to Aspirations is my ability to meet people where they are!

IIn your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and your goals so I can understand your unique needs. This initial meeting is a safe space for you to share your story at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized plan that aligns with your journey toward healing and growth.

Trauma therapy may be beneficial if you’re experiencing symptoms like anxiety, depression, flashbacks, difficulty trusting others, or if you feel “stuck” in past experiences that impact your daily life. If past events continue to affect your well-being, relationships, or sense of self, trauma therapy can help you process and heal. During an initial consultation, we’ll explore your experiences and goals to determine if trauma therapy aligns with your needs and to help you start on a path toward relief and resilience.
